These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Blaque Dude website (the “Site”) and any purchases made through the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase from this Site. By ordering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2) Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to interfere with its security, scrape content, submit false information, or use the Site for unlawful purposes.

3) Products & Intended Use

Blaque Dude products are sold for cosmetic and personal care use unless stated otherwise.

External use only. Avoid contact with eyes and broken skin. Patch test before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

No medical claims. Information on the Site is for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional with questions about medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or medication interactions.

4) Orders, Pricing & Payments

• All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.

• We may change prices, product availability, and descriptions at any time without notice.

• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order (including suspected fraud, reseller activity, or pricing/technical errors).

• If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

5) Shipping (U.S. + International)

Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, customs processing, or events outside our control.

International Shipping: Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, and local taxes charged by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Customs authorities may hold, inspect, delay, refuse, or return shipments. If an order is delayed, refused, seized, or returned due to customs actions, prohibited/restricted items, missing information, or unpaid import charges, Blaque Dude is not responsible for resulting delays, fees, or losses. 6) Risk of Loss / Delivered Status

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Risk of loss transfers once the package is tendered to the carrier and a tracking number is issued.

• If tracking shows “Delivered,” Blaque Dude is not responsible for theft, loss, or misplacement after delivery.

7) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our Return/Refund Policy (posted on the Site) is incorporated into these Terms. Where returns are offered, items must meet the stated requirements (e.g., unused/unaltered) to be eligible.

International note: Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

8) Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes:

• have no cash value,

• may be modified or ended at any time,

• may exclude certain items,

• cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

9) Intellectual Property

All content on this Site (including product names, text, graphics, photos, logos, and design elements) is owned by Blaque Dude or used with permission and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or exploit Site content without written permission.

10) User Content (Reviews, Comments, Messages)

If you submit content (reviews, photos, testimonials, comments), you grant Blaque Dude a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and publish that content for business purposes (e.g., marketing, product pages), unless prohibited by law. Do not submit content you do not have rights to share.

11) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where prohibited by law.

Individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blaque Dude will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or products.

If liability is found, Blaque Dude’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue (or the minimum amount permitted by law).

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blaque Dude from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

14) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless a different venue is required by law.

15) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
