Shipping Policy

A legal disclaimer

Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery dates provided at checkout or shown in tracking are estimates only. Blaque Dude is not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery windows, or service disruptions caused by USPS, weather, holidays, high-volume shipping periods, or other events outside our control.

Risk of loss passes upon shipment. Title and risk of loss for all orders transfer to the customer once the package is tendered to USPS and a tracking number is issued.

Address accuracy is the customer’s responsibility. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Blaque Dude is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned as undeliverable, reshipping fees may apply.

Delivered status. If USPS tracking shows a package as “Delivered,” Blaque Dude is not responsible for theft, loss, or misplacement after delivery. Customers should contact USPS and/or local authorities if theft is suspected.

Claims and support. Blaque Dude may assist customers with filing carrier claims when available, but approval, timing, and outcomes are controlled by USPS and are not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blaque Dude’s liability for shipping-related issues is limited to the amount paid for shipping (if any) and/or the purchase price of the affected item(s), at Blaque Dude’s discretion. Blaque Dude is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Force majeure. Blaque Dude is not responsible for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, natural disasters, severe weather, labor strikes, government actions, or other force majeure events.

International Availability. Blaque Dude ships to select international destinations. Availability, shipping methods, and rates vary by country and are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to limit or cancel shipments to certain destinations due to carrier restrictions, local regulations, or service interruptions.

Delivery Times Are Estimates. All delivery timelines (domestic and international) are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, inaccurate address information, or other factors outside our control.

Customs, Duties, Taxes (Customer Responsibility). International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT/GST, brokerage charges, and local taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Customs Holds & Refusals. Customs authorities may require additional information or documentation. If a shipment is delayed, held, refused, seized, or returned due to customs actions, prohibited items, or failure to pay import charges, Blaque Dude is not responsible for resulting delays, fees, or losses.

Address Accuracy. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address (including apartment/unit numbers, postal codes, and phone number where required). We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Risk of Loss Transfers Upon Shipment. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the package is tendered to the carrier and a tracking number is issued, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Delivered Status / Theft. If tracking shows “Delivered,” Blaque Dude is not responsible for theft, loss, or misplacement after delivery.

Shipping Protection / Insurance. Unless shipping protection/insurance is offered and selected at checkout, Blaque Dude does not provide shipping insurance for lost, stolen, or damaged international shipments. If shipping protection is offered and selected, coverage is subject to the provider’s terms and claim process.

Blaque Dude ships all orders via USPS to provide reliable delivery and tracking. Please read the details below so you know exactly what to expect.

 

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, processing begins the next business day.

  • During sales, launches, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

USPS Shipping Methods

We currently ship using USPS services such as:

  • USPS Ground Advantage

  • USPS Priority Mail

  • USPS Priority Mail Express (when available)

Shipping options and pricing are shown at checkout based on your address and package weight.

Estimated Delivery Times (After Shipment)

Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and may vary:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: usually 2–5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: usually 1–3 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail Express: usually 1–2 business days

Tracking

  • A USPS tracking number is provided once your order ships.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after label creation.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • package weight/dimensions

  • destination zone

  • selected USPS service

​Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

  • Blaque Dude is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us as “undeliverable,” we can reship it once we receive it—additional shipping fees may apply.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO

We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using USPS (delivery times may be longer).

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once USPS marks a package as Delivered, Blaque Dude is not responsible for theft or loss after delivery.

If your package is delayed, missing, or stuck in transit:

  1. Check tracking updates first

  2. Contact your local USPS office with your tracking number

  3. Email us and we’ll assist with next steps

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of:

    • the shipping box (with label visible)

    • packing materials

    • the damaged item(s)

We’ll review and help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Product & Weather Notice (Oils/Butters)

Our products may be sensitive to extreme heat/cold.

  • Minor temperature-related changes (softening, thickening) can happen during shipping and are usually normal.

  • We package orders carefully, but carriers may expose packages to temperature swings in transit.
