At Blaque Dude, we take pride in delivering premium grooming products. Please review our Refund Policy before placing your order.
1) All Sales Final (Hygiene & Personal Care)
Due to the personal-care and hygiene nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
2) Eligible Refunds / Replacements
We will offer a replacement (or refund at our discretion) only if:

Your order arrives damaged, defective, or
-
You received the wrong item
To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
-
Photos of the shipping box (label visible)
-
Photos of the product(s) and damage/issue
If approved, we may:

Ship a replacement, or
-
Issue a refund to the original payment method
3) Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns/refunds for:

Opened, used, or altered items
-
Items damaged due to improper storage or misuse

Orders with incorrect addresses provided by the customer

“Buyer’s remorse” or scent preference (results and preferences vary)
4) Shipping Fees & Delivery Issues

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

If tracking shows Delivered, we are not responsible for theft or loss after delivery.

If a package is delayed in transit, please contact the carrier first; we will assist where possible.
5) International Orders (Customs, Duties & Refusals)
International orders may be subject to duties, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, and local taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Refused deliveries due to unpaid import charges

Delays, holds, or returns caused by customs processes

Seizures or rejections due to local import restrictions
If an international package is returned to us and is unopened/unused, we may issue a refund for the product price minus shipping and any fees we incurred, at our discretion.
6) Chargebacks
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can make it right. Fraudulent or improper chargebacks may result in account restrictions and/or being blocked from future purchases.
